1. Service
IA RANK GEO is a SaaS service operated by CONCILIUM DIGITAL (Paris, France) that provides: (a) a free WordPress plugin (Lite) for classic SEO, and (b) a paid WordPress plugin (Pro) with AI-powered GEO generation backed by a centralized dashboard. Service governed by French law. For any dispute, the parties seek amicable resolution; failing that, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Subscription · billing
Pro/Business subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Pricing is shown including all taxes. Billing is prorated on plan change. The Lite plugin is free forever.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the official Stripe customer portal · accessible from your dashboard or directly from inside the plugin (Settings → IARANK → Manage / cancel my subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No data loss · all your meta and configurations remain intact in your WordPress site.
4. License limits
Starter: 1 active site · 1,000,000 Mistral tokens / month · Pro: 3 sites · 500,000 tokens · Business: 10 sites · 2,000,000 tokens. Once the token quota is exhausted, the plugin gracefully degrades and notifies you · your site keeps working with the previously generated content.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to generate content that violates copyright, French law, EU AI Act, or to operate automated content farms aimed at deceiving search engines. We reserve the right to suspend a license that repeatedly triggers our abuse detection.
6. License of generated content
You retain full ownership of all content generated by the plugin on your behalf. We claim no rights on the output. The plugin's source code (Lite) is licensed under GPLv2 or later.
7. Liability limitation
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or SEO ranking fluctuations · GEO/SEO is influenced by countless external factors beyond our control. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
